When Elijah left Elisha and went to the heaven, Elijah said to Elisha, "Tell me, what can I do for you before I am taken from you?" "Let me inherit a double portion of your spirit". Elisha didn't ask the wealth, he didn't ask the status and just ask the spirit's moving. Think about us? What is our pray or our ask to God? Whether we ask the blessing on the earth always? Whether we ask the peace on the earth always? Whether we ask the upgrading for our job? Have we ever asked the holy spirit's presence always?
In John 1:38, Peter and Andrew firstly followed Jesus Christ, Jesus asked them "What do you want?" They said "Rabbi, where are you staying?" Wow, they wanted to live with Jesus! They really got the best blessing.
